What Type of People We Are Looking For?
Currently we have bases in London and the West Midlands and are expanding nationally so there may be the opportunity to work remotely part- or full-time.
What Is The Employment Process And Remuneration Like At Lighthouse Kidz?
This is bespoke, designed around you and in line with the amount of value you add to the organisation. We ensure that you are fully prepared to add a significant level of value before you start. We care too much about the kids we serve for there to be any risk that the money that is supposed to be used on them is going to employees who aren’t adding the value that they ought to be. Just like you wouldn’t be able to drive on the road without passing a theory AND practical test, it’s the same here, you go through our interview process, learn the theory, and then embark on a practical project helping kids to prepare you for the role.
