In an often harsh and judgemental world, we tend to put on an outward persona to hide our faults and imperfections and feel safer around others. However, what people usually want to see and appreciate when they do, is someone’s humanness; the hopes, dreams, fears and insecurities in them that we all share. By learning to be more open and vulnerable we give ourselves the chance to create deeper, more real connections with others and can help them to do the same.
