It’s been tough. For weeks we’ve known it’s on it’s way as our attention has been increasingly filled with all things shiny and festive. Office parties, end of year deadlines and panicked last minute shopping trips have all come and gone. It’s now time to finally treat ourselves, because we ‘deserve it‘ 😉 and for a short time we have free licence to completely let go and indulge in as much as we can… because… well, it’s Christmas isn’t it!?

Michael McIntyre is hilarious in highlighting how much we can get caught up in the excesses of this time of year and lose sight of the principle of balance; knowing what’s best for us and where to draw the line. It might not sound fun at first, but our ability to avoid over-doing things and maintain a healthy balance in life, is what legends know builds self-trust and confidence all year round.
