This is a really funny but often very true example of what can happen in organisations and businesses when someone needs to take charge. Here, Dave… I mean Rodney 😉, from Only Fools & Horses inadvertently manages to get himself into a position he didn’t expect! I’m sure we have all had experiences like this, where responsibility becomes a bit of a hot potato. Yes, it can feel daunting to put yourself in the lead or take on a situation where others are relying on you, especially if it’s a new experience, but if we don’t stretch and challenge ourselves and push our limits, how will we ever know what we are really capable of?
