Elon Musk Shares How To Solve Any Problem

If you know how to solve any problem – especially a relationship problem, then making decisions and living a better life is much easier!

Life is always full of challenges and little problems to keep solving.

Elon Musk, CEO of the Tesla electric car company and Space-X, shares with us in the video below how he goes about solving any problem that he faces. While he uses engineering principle examples in this clip of an interview with Rich Talk, it is worth noting that there are principles that are just as sound in building relationships and working with other people.

There are 8 fundamental principles of building sound relationships – some core ones are to truly understand the other person (empathic communication) and work towards building a win-win relationship (fairness).

Knowing the principles on which strong relationships are based is a huge advantage! As an example, if you wanted a house built and your builder didn’t know the principles of how to build a wall, then you would have concerns about his competence, right?!
