Hello there, you’re an amazing and lovely human being you are!… 😉 It’s funny, but how easy do you find it to give or receive a genuine compliment?

Isn’t it crazy how uncomfortable so many of us can feel when we’re saying or hearing good things about ourselves or others! It’s crazy and really silly but why???
